Customer Success is more than supporting people - it's guiding clients to their Success. We love making the lives of Zyro clients easier by quick responses, efficient assistance, and genuine communication.

Working four days a week with a flexible schedule, the CS team is also offered an extra shift for self-development: additional work with Customers for practice or taking up responsibilities to help out other teams in Zyro. It is not the IT background that defines a culture fit employee - a proactive and diligent approach is what it takes for anyone to become an exceptional IT specialist.

What you will do:

- Communicate with Customers via live chat and answer their queries;
- Understand Customer’s needs and suggest best relative services;
- Working closely with the product team by delivering feedback from clients;
- Share experience and constructive feedback to improve your leadership skills.
