Role summary:

- As a Sales manager for Europe region in FL Technics, you will be responsible for global B2B sales in aviation industry.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Do B2B sales in aviation industry (Europe region) (Technical training and Engineering service products);
- Ensure all objectives are assigned in a timely fashion;
- Visit regularly customers worldwide in search of new business opportunities;
- Represent FL Technics in all aviation industry;
- Prepare various reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals;
- Travel for business trips 1-3 times per quarter.


- Experience in B2B global sales;
- Advanced knowledge of English business language;
- Track record of successful negotiations and deals is a must;
- Ability to persuade and influence others;
- “Sky is the limit” positive attitude;
- Result oriented;
- Intention to be No. 1 in Sales field.
