We are a high performing team of 16 employees here in Lithuania handling Corporate actions (such as dividends, interests, company mergers, liquidations, etc.) for Nordic countries clients.

As a Corporate Actions Operations Officer, you will get to use your best research skills and deal with different types of challenges daily. Your gained expertise will comprehend in multiple areas. Firstly, it will benefit you in solving discrepancies and sorting out unique cases. You will get to assist your Global colleagues whilst supporting our clients according to their needs. Furthermore, close collaboration with other departments will broaden your network both globally and locally helping you grow as a professional.

• You have previous work experience in a back office /custody area
• You are quality focused, attentive to details and result oriented
• You have ability to learn quickly with systematic and structured approach to problem solving
• You have higher education
• You have good communication skills in addition to being friendly and easy going person – our team will love you
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken

Skills that would help you to deliver:

• Experience in handling Income or Corporate Actions
• SWIFT knowledge
• SQL,VBA or C# (we are ready to train you, if you are willing to learn)

• Timely and accurate Corporate Actions capture and processing, ensuring that all deadlines are met
• Investigation of discrepancies and one of a kind cases
• Handling customer inquiries, providing quick and clear responses
• Taking ownership and continuously looking for ways to automate processes and improve customer service according to LEAN principles
• Participating in various projects when needed
