- Plan, write and execute promotions in assigned categories in Near Food;
- Contribute to category management plan in line with the objectives;
- Contribute to marketing plan creation both in Near Food and Non Food categories;
- Analyse the performance of your categories, your planned promotions and make suggestions how to improve sales and cash margin;
- Execute pan-Baltic promotions in cooperation with Baltic colleagues;
- Negotiate with suppliers within assigned categories;
- Manage marketing budget;
- Keep up with the latest market trends in consumer preferences for the assigned categories;
- Identify improvement areas in the promotions organizing process, suggest solutions or innovations and take part in assigned projects to make the process more efficient and effective.

- Higher education in Economics, Business Management or other related field;
- Good skills in negotiations, analytics, planning and time-management;
- Ability to drive results and deliver results on time;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage stressful situations;
- Very good communication skills in English;
- Knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Experience working with SAP and BW reports (advantage).
