- Analyse and document business requirements for change requests in SAP;
- Design and perform SAP system configuration for new functionality;
- Execute thorough unit testing including regression testing on implemented changes, as well as support of business on user acceptance testing;
- Analyse and solve helpdesk cases for 2nd level support;
- Assist with knowledge transfer for business and other team members, including training conduct as well as training documentation creation;
- Deliver high quality solutions that meet overall business requirements.

- University degree in IT or other related field;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP HCM solution configuration (Organization Management, Personal Administration, Time Management, Authorizations, HRIS);
- Experience in integrations with payroll solutions using standard SAP master data transfer tools (PU12);
- Knowledge of migration tool LSMW (advantage);
- Good understanding of overall HR processes;
- Ability to understand Business Requirements and analyse the Business Processes to advise on system configuration on possible solutions;
- Ability to collaborate with team members and participate in knowledge sharing and brain-storming sessions;
- Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance;
- Fluent English language and one of local Baltic languages (Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian).
