Would you like to work in the International environment and be responsible for assess, measure, monitor and mitigate/control and report operational and IT risks? Now we are looking for a Risk Manager to join our Business Support Risk Management team at SEB Global Services in Vilnius.

About the position

As a Risk manager you will be working in a team of friendly professionals who covers all units and geographies globally within Business Support with main focus on IT and Operations units located in Stockholm and the Global Services of Riga and Vilnius. You will identify, analize and report operational and IT risks in accordance with the Group Risk Policy. You will coach and follow-up on first line management risk preventing activities. An important part of the job will be to promote general risk awareness through webinars, trainings and risk dialogues with staff. You will perform risk assessments and analysis together with IT and Operations units, follow-up internal controls and regulatory compliance in these areas.

Your profile

To succeed in your role with us, you should have good communication and stakeholder management skills as you will work closely with and report to senior management within Business Support but also towards other divisions. You are structured and analytical, skills required to effectively analyze and assess the overall risk. Experience from working with IT and information security as well as control frameworks and actively mitigate vulnerabilities and threats are important. You have management experience with proven qualities to inspire, coach, challenge and empower people. You are fluent in English, other language skills are considered an asset.
