Darbo pobūdis
•Organize and chair crew training workshops;
•Take decisions regarding crew training planning issues;
•Issue crew training schedules and training duty assignments;
•Updates crew training validity in rostering system;
•Check training validity in rostering system and transfer data to training certificates and training records;
•Provide VP Crew Training training certificates and training records in accordance with instructors reports for approval;
•Create crew members’ profiles in rostering system, update them with required personal information;
•Create crew personal folders, update them with physical training records and other personal documents;
•Provide instructors with required training material;
•Gather instructors’ working hours and provide monthly summary to HR department.

•Secondary Education;
•Must have knowledge and understanding of the airline flight operations and crew training requirements;
